Following dispatch, your delivery will arrive within 7 WORKING DAYS. The courier will get in touch with you 1 or 2 DAYS prior to the delivery date. For Ireland delivery, it will be a 14 to 20 days time frame.
For residential buildings, delivery will be made to the FRONT DOOR. In the case of flats, it will be the COMMUNAL DOOR of the building.
We entrust the entire delivery process to our courier company to provide you with accurate information. At MARITIME BEDS LTD, we take great care in packaging and shipping our products. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a damaged product, we offer a one-time free replacement. Please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving your order to report the damage and arrange for a replacement.
Upon logging the delivery into their system, the courier will assign a delivery day and promptly inform you about the expected delivery date and estimated time of arrival. The courier will contact you directly and ring you up approximately an hour before the delivery.
Please be aware that we cannot guarantee specific delivery times. Estimated times may change due to traffic conditions, weather, vehicle issues, or unforeseen events. We recommend setting aside the entire day for delivery arrangements.

If a delivery is unsuccessful, the driver will leave a card with instructions for a second attempt. Our cancellation policy allows customers to cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it, as long as the order has not been shipped. However, if the order has already been delivered to the customer’s address and they wish to return it by claiming they had canceled the order, please note that we cannot accept the return after the replacement or without a valid reason, such as a fault with the product. In cases where the order is returned after the replacement or without any product defect, we will deduct £120 from the refund as part of our return policy. We advise customers to carefully consider their purchase before finalizing their order to avoid unnecessary returns or deductions.
We have a 24-hour return policy for most of our products, which means you have 24 hours after receiving your item to request a return.
For Mattresses, we have a 14-day return policy due to hygiene reasons. After 14 days, the company will not replace or accept the return of the mattress.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will arrange a carrier for collection, and the courier will contact you for a collection time slot. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. The replacement will be free for one time only and if any customer chooses assembly service and receives the damaged product, the replacement will be free but there will be additional charges for a second attempt of assembly. We ask that you take a picture of any defects and send it to us so we can investigate and address the issue promptly.
While we strive to provide accurate representations of our products, some variations may occur. The color of the product may vary slightly from the image shown due to differences in screen displays and lighting conditions. Additionally, if you choose to add ottoman storage to your product, the overall dimensions may vary. Please ensure to check the product specifications carefully before making a purchase.
The fastest way to ensure you get the product you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
